Highway and Hedges Information and Referral Network Incorporated (H&H) is a non-profit (501c3) public benefit, charitable, faith-based organization. H&H identifies relevancy in like fields of interest: substance abuse rehabilitation, violence prevention, housing/shelter, homelessness, children, youth, women and family services.
Highway and Hedges Inc. is a untraditional grassroots organization, incorporated in 2003 with a concrete vision to increase ACCESS in rural areas of the Inland Empire.
Highway and Hedges is primarily known for its expertise in outreach and referral services relating to substance abuse rehabilitation.

Project Summary
We support the foundation and operations of a self-help referral resource center, providing Substance Abuse Prevention to young parenting adults that are low income, under-served, unemployed and transient minorities in Riverside County.
